Digital code for warhamer dark tide not working I thought the code wasn't sent.

To whom this may concern
Back in November I got an ABS Gaming Masters PC in a bundle with Darktide and 2 security items. When I tried to redeem dark tide how the email said to it said the code was invalid or claimed so I thought the code was being sent separately so I called new egg twice when I could and when I got the chance to call ABS, they said it was past the 31-day time frame and that they couldn't help. I thank you for the time you are taking to help sort this out. the one thing that bugs me is that it was a faulty code one way or another.

Hello Mr.CanKnotNot, unfortunately in situations like this you have to contact whoever promoted the equipment you bought or try to see with the developer if they can provide you with a new code.
