I purchased a digital code for Assassin's Creed as a gift for my Grandson. The Activation COde was sent to me . He cannot get that code to work on HIS computer !! How can he get the code to work on HIS computer ???

Since you have Assassin's creed Valhalla pre-ordered for xbox one you'll be able to download the game for no additional charge on the Series X

Assassin's Creed Valhalla (Xbox One) Xbox Live Key GLOBAL it says it works on Xbox One & Xbox Series X are all the digital game downloads the same quality? I don't wanna buy something if the graphics arnt good on my new machine

Yes there will be, if you check the store it does list Series X as a platform. https://www.xbox.com/en-ZA/games/assassins-creed-valhalla.

And if you buy it on Xbox One it will work on Series X as well.

What does the error show on your son's computer? Did you purchased the code from a verified retail store?

Purchased from Amazon. The message says the " Code already redeemed". I assuming, at this point, I should have not redeemed the code on my laptop. He did not have his when he was visiting us.
