Digital add on games not installing on XBox 360

I purchased GTA4 from the Xbox website, and then purchased two add ons for it (The Ballad of Gay Tony and The Lost and The Damned). The GTA4 game works fine, but the add ons will not install. I see them in the XBox 360 shop as a game I own, and you can select to "update it" which I have tried. It never appears on my actual XBox 360, nor in my list of "Games I Own". Driving me crazy! Support don't appear to be available, and when we rang last week we got put on hold, then hung up on after 10 minutes. Any ideas?

Could you try this:

Go to the Xbox store on your console and search for the specific game. Once you find the game, scroll to the side and look at the list of add-ons. Once you find the one you want, try download it from there

All games have to be installed on the Xbox One whether they are disc or digital. It's due to the technology. The 360 did not require games to be installed which is why a 360 game may show differently, but will still install the game on the One.

Xbox had several promotions regarding Minecraft on Xbox 360 and getting the digital copy for Xbox One if you purchased it on Xbox 360 if you purchased your game digitally during this game promotional. The game should show up in your ready to install games
on Xbox One

If digital they will be in ready to install, if on disk install the game and then go manage game and install any add ons, games saved to cloud will sync automaticlly

Hi, yeah that will be it, in order to play the game, you will need to get an xbox 360 official drive, and install it in the xbox 360. Instructions are here on how to install the hard drive
