Digimon survive DLC on my xbox series S.

Hello, a little update. I just tried re-install the game again. And after trying a new game, it's still same as before, no luck with Guilmon.

Do I need to buy another DLC (the items pack) in order for it to be available to use? Or is this issue only happened in certain devices?

I just checked and listed are my OS & Shell Version :

OS Version

10.0.25398.2266 (xb_flt_2309zn.231010-1055)

Shell Version

2309.0.2309.18001

And by checking the update column on the system updates, latest update status was yesterday on 17th October and there's no other updates available.

But the thing is, the DLC still not available for me to claim in-game. I just tried playing a new game up until chapter 1 and the notification is still not there.

I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with the DLC you purchased for your game, the first thing you should do is check that your console's operating system is updated.

Keep in mind that many times consoles do not update automatically if it is disconnected from the Xbox service or if the console is in power saving mode

Verify that the console is updated by pressing the Xbox button to open the guide, and select Profile & system > Settings.

Hello David. Thank you for your response. I have checked and both dlc files are listed as "installed" and using the same account i have tried starting a new game file (instead of the one that has cleared the game once) going past the equipment tutorial. (A few youtube videos showed that the instruction should appear right after the equipment tutorial).

But the same thing happened (the pause menu does not having Y prompt to claim). I have never changed the region on my Xbox so it should be having the same region as the game since it is available in microsoft store on my device. Is the DLC limited to certain region?
