Difficulty with game

Hello I needed help. Every time I put the disc into the console, the game turns off after 5 seconds. The disc is free of scratches. Other games are working normally. What should I do?

Achievements Should Be Hard To Achieve

I'm cool with achievement difficulty. Most games have medium to hard achievement difficulty anyway.

Since the upgrade in April I can't figure out how to change from easy to medium to expert etc in any of the games. How am I to do this now?

try power cycling your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

Retry afterwards.

I start most games on the hardest difficulty. I want them to last longer.

I normally start on easy then work my way up, so i can get the gamer score / achievements 👍

Depends on the game. Usually normal or easy. I really just like to get the story of the game and feel like a good while playing

First run through? Usually normal. Hardest difficulty on subsequent runs, and I try not to turn it down

I always play on the hardest difficulty first, witcher 3 i had to change to normal for whatever reason that game kicked my butt.
