Difficulty updating to Premium Solitaire

I am having difficulty updating to the Premium version of this collection on my Windows 10.

I have had the Premium version before, until last month in fact (December 2016), now I'm going round in circles following the instructions to update by uninstalling the game, going to Store and installing it back again! only to click on the notice to upgrade
to Premium to be told to do exactly what I have done 3 times previously!!! Microsoft, I'm trying to GIVE you some money here! Please help, I want my Premium Solitaire Collection back again, it is one of the best games on the market. Help!!

Is anyone else having difficulty updating to Solitaire Premium? I am unable to update. I keep getting a circular loop stating I need to uninstall and reinstall in update license. When I uninstall and reinstall it tells me the same thing. I have had Premium
for over two years and find the ads annoying. I can't seem to figure out how to fix this. I surprised that Microsoft doesn't want my money. This is really annoying and confusing.

Did you manage to solve the issue? As I am experiencing the same issues. I never thought giving my money away would be so difficult.

 

I am also having the same issue. It's frustrating. I have a brand new computer with all the updates done by a professional, so the issue is not with windows 10 updates. There doesn't seem to be anyone to help with this. I have had no replies in other
forums. I have uninstalled and installed it 4 times now with no luck.

 

I am currently experiencing the same issue. I have the Solitaire Collection on my Windows 10 device and the subscription is due. The message tells me to uninstall the app from the MS Store and reinstall. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and then
installed the Solitaire app again. However, when I got the ad message to "Press here to avoid ads" it gave me the instructions AGAIN to uninstall the app and reinstall. I've done this 4 times and I'm in a cycle I can't break out of. HELP! I really enjoy
this game, but renewing my subscription is turning out to be extremely difficult and frustration!

 

I have the same problem in the Windows 10 APP. I also play on my Android phone and LOVE the game on both platforms. After a couple of attempts at renewing my subscription on Windows 10, I was playing off my Android and was prompted to upgrade to Premium.
Since I had just tried to renew, I clicked to try and was able to get premium through my Goggle App Store - simple enough. But when I play on my laptop with Windows 10 I am NOT a premium member! How can this be if I am logged in through the same XBox account?
I have not been able to find any solution, and MS Games has yet to answer my e-mail.

 

Also experiencing the same problem, with no clue how to fix it. Love the game and happy to pay the money but so frustrating that I cant upgrade.

Same problem here. It will not let me renew my license or buy a new one. Had the same problem last time. It's like they don't really want you to do it at all. Frustration!!!!!

 

I am having the same difficulty as a few people with premium version on windows 10. I have uninstalled and re-installed about 5 times, only to get upgrade to premium over and over again. I absolutely love this game and play daily. Microsoft please fix asap.

DITTO. Uninstalled and reinstalled. STILL GET THE "UNINSTALL/REINSTALL" ERROR MESSAGE. What gives, Microsoft. The adds are ANNOYING, especially when the CLOSE button doesn't activate after the silly ad runs.
