    Difficulty Updating My Xbox One


    I would like to start off by saying that I am in the preview program for the Xbox one and was wondering if that was part of the reason as to why I am unable to successfully update my console today. I have tried every troubleshooting guide on here but to
    no avail. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Getting account suspended error. Had difficulty updating my credit card on the horribly confusing page for updating credit cards but I thought I had it fixed last week. Now I can't view my account details even though it appears I'm logged in.

    Halo 4 problem

    What I did to fix it was I did a level on an easier difficulty and it updated my stats to the highest difficulty ive completed it on and i got the achievements. Hope this helps

    Since it appears you're finding difficulty downloading an update, can you instead use the USB/CD download options for the Xbox Update found here? Xbox.com/UPDATE
