    Hi,

    I received great support tonight at around 8:30PST from an employee name "Aira R". For some reason I wasn't able to connect to xbox live for a specific game, but she was able to troubleshoot with me to resolve the issue.

    Your system said I'd be able to click a link after our session; the message itself looked buggy (highlighted in grey, no link underneath), and I didn't see a link anywhere below the message. Please make it more obvious where it is I'm supposed to click,
    she did really well and I wasn't able to rate her.

    What browser were you using? Did you have a pop-up blocker enabled? Just curious as to what broke the page.

    That is frustrating, but probably leaving the comment here would be the best option as a staff moderator may be able to bubble that feedback back. Glad support was able to resolve your issue.
