Difficulty logging in to the game

Hi there ParsaImani welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Is this the only game giving you this issue? If yes, have you tried uninstalling and installing the game?

I've had exactly same problem that started yesterday too (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire but getting same connection problem messages. Then today got this message

It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

I also had an account and when I log out and re-enter I was having difficulty logging in and I made a second account

Huh. I cannot explain it, but I was able to log in to Xbox Live without difficulty today. No time to test the ethernet, but at least the core difficulty appears to have resolved itself, at least for one boot-up of the machine.
