Difficulty downloading Solitaire Collection

Hi there.

I did a search online and it appears that Solitaire collection does not have the option to change difficulty.

In the meantime double check this:

Open solitaire collection > go to game options and see if “show difficulty section” is enabled

Is this happening with a daily challenge?

Microsoft solitaire Collection plays all adds but will not load the game. message on screen is-( we are having some trouble connecting to the internet to download Microsoft solitaire collection data)
