Difficulty accessing internet

Hi, we have a xbox 360 that we watch netflix on. This is by NBN wireless. Today we noticed that the xbox was not connected to internet. All other devices in house still working fine on internet from WIFI

We tried;

# re inserting password ( advised that this is wrong by xbox)

# contacting our internet provider inquiring what the WPA2 was and was told this is our password. On checking on the gateway the one we are inserting is correct . The internet provider suggested it was a issue with xbox.

# turning x box off for 5 minutes

# turning wifi off for 5 minutes

Any suggestions please?

Does your laptop need to type in any passwords or usernames in order to access the internet? Does your laptop have any difficulty accessing the internet?
