Difficulties to connect my console with the app

Hi !

Im trying to connect my phone to my xbox One with the Xbox App ;

- My xbox is found on the network, I try the connection. After seconds, it turns green and then immediately back to grey. It doesnt connect. It says error 800001e.

- If I try "Set up a new console", it launchs a few step process ; the first step asks me a "code" that I should be able to find on the "Update page" of my console.

I looked everywhere at Settings>Updates and there is nothing, no code ! Not even a pop-up anywhere anytime.

- I checked on my console's connectivity settings, and it actually allows connection from any phones and devices.

What does the code 0x87e107e3 mean?

I had difficulties downloading the ESPN app and I was prompted multiple times with "Something went wrong on our end. Waiting a bit might help." After waiting 15 minutes, and restarting my console, the app finally downloaded. Now when I go to launch the app,
I get the error code "0x87e107e3". I tried finding this error code in the error code search but I have not found anything. What does this mean?

Hello to you too. I have the same problem but I also can't connect with my profile because it does not appears in my sign in list. Do you have the same difficulties with your profile too?

 

Do a Power Cicle on your Xbox, press and hold Power Button for 10 seconds and wait 2 minutes then turn Xbox on again, then try to connect your phone to the xbox

 

Contact support about the issue maube there is something wrong between your devices.
