Difficulties downloading AoE2 DE

I bought AoE2 DE in Microsoft Store last year, I downloaded and installed, at that time, and work perfectly.

However, last month, during the process of cleaning my PC, by Cleaning I mean uninstalled and installed again most of my software, the only one that I cannot download and install was
AoE2 DE.

In the Microsoft Store I still have the option to installed, however every time that I tried an error appears.

Need assistance to download and install AoE2 DE on my PC, thx

check if your windows 10 is updated, push the windows button, then search windows uptade, go there and check if there are updates, update windows, and the go to the store and check the update section which is on the upter right part of the screen, once
you have checked update all the apps, one of those apps must be the store itself and the xbox (beta) app of your pc

E and it seems that your issue may be included in the first two knows issues, i suggest writing a report to them for further help.

I would either put this in xbox support or if there is a support page for aoe2 as there is a ton of games and companies having major server issues and outages due to high vollumes of traffic so have a look and see if there are any server issues first then
post in the relevant support forums.

can the third player try creating the lobby, then see if you can see it? if they can then the issue is likely on your side, can you check in network settings what your nat type is set to?

Hi your configuration network is with the Nat open, and on your internet provedor is with the port fowarded for you too?
