That's definitely a bit odd that the update wouldn't download properly on his console when it does on yours. Let's see what we can do to get things sorted.

There's several things that could contribute to issues downloading. Here's a handful of questions/suggestions for you:

1. Are you logged into both consoles at the same time while you're trying to download the update?
   
2. Have you ever had issues downloading updates on either console in the past?
3. Are you using a wired or wireless connection on your brother's console? I see you're using wireless on your console.
   
4. If you're using wireless, are you able to try a wired connection?
5. What is the make/model number of your modem and router?

Certain routers can't support multiple consoles at the same time, so that may be it as well. But we'll take a look at all possibilities. Let us know and we'll work with you from there! ^_^

Even Steam, you can have two people playing two different games. Steam only gets tripped up if two people are playing the same game ONLINE at the same time.

No it isn’t, I can buy a single license on a computer. I can buy a single license through Nvidia.
