Different renewal dates for xbox pc game pass

I could not really imagine how important it is for you to be able to rectify this issue at the soonest time possible. However, we have realized that this issue of yours would be dealt better by our live support team so that they can properly check what’s going on with your billing concern. They are more equipped with all the tools and resources to get your problem diagnosed. Kindly follow the steps below to contact our live support team:

1. Visit to the following link: Contact us | Xbox Support
   
2. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
3. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:
   What are you having trouble with? - Subscriptions & billing
   What's the issue? - Deals, prices and availability
   
4. The third box will ask you to describe your issue. We suggest something along the lines of "Incorrect subscription renewal" and then select the "Next" button.
   
5. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.
   
6. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

I'm having the same issue but when I follow your instructions all the way until the "contact us" section where it literally just says "Phone calls and chats aren't available for this issue" so how do i actually get to the point where i can speak with someone before i get charged twice or would cancelling my subscription be a better option?

Will it convert to two months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate? My Xbox Game Pass Ultimate renewal date is currently Oct. 20, 2024.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on the billing date. We recommend going off the one on services and subscriptions page. Personally not sure why it is showing three different dates on different parts of Xbox.

Game Pass and Game Pass Ultimate are not available for Xbox 360. Check at HTTPS://account.microsoft.com/services to see if it has cancelled your Xbox Live. If it has, turn
off auto renew on Game Pass Ultimate and let it run till end date. If you cancel or request a refund, you will lose any prepaid Xbox Live subscription time.

Edit: If you have a Windows 10 PC you may well be able to download Game Pass PC Beta and use the subscription there.
