    Wrong:

    First the download of my fifa game keeps stopping

    And then if I play the first match with juventus he freezes and then when I quit the game the xbox will not load the game and other apps but says find your answers on the support page and now this:

    Please power cycle your console, and try again. Follow the steps below:

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    That error usually means you need to factory reset it offline or send it in for repairs.

    To factory reset off-line just follow the steps here

    Please try looking into your account history and see if it somehow was added to that list, because it might of been redeemed by you, without seeing it was redeemed. If its not there, you will need to wait till its release in the future, as Microsoft can't
    give you a new code.

    @PurpleNurple So I tried a factory reset like you suggested and wwe 2k16 is still not synching, still getting stuck at 46%. Achievements I don't know about yet, still waiting for other games to download.
