    Different games in library on Xbox mobile app than on PC app


    Hi, I came across this problem , recently I installed the Xbox for iOS on my iPhone and when I logged in with my account I checked the library and noticed some games I have absolutely zero knowledge that I played that game sometimes. For example on the PC Xbox app I have 12 games that I own most of them are free but one of the paid ones is Minecraft to be specific Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition. But why the game is not showing up in my library on the mobile app. Also there is like just 10 games which I have no idea how do they get there and not one is matching the library on the PC app. Some shows up as Xbox One game which I haven´t ever owned, some shows up as PC only title which do not show on the PC app, and one of them is a Series optimized whatever game which is the only game that is on both apps. My main question is why the hell the libraries are different? Why the games I do own normally are shown on the PC app but not on the mobile app. Why the Minecraft I own is not showing on the mobile app. I cant use the app therefore, it is giving me wrong information about my library. I don´t own an xbox so I can´t really check it on it. The only library I can trust is on the PC app because it shows all games I own. Please get it fixed.

    Hello dankooXC, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    If you have Game Pass then it may be a list of titles that are available on Mobile. However, if is more than likely a list of titles you've played in the past. Even if it was at a friends house. As for Minecraft, it may be that you would need to purchase the Mobile version separately from the PC.

    Have you tried the Xbox App Beta on PC or tried logging into the Xbox App for mobile?

    Have you tried to login to the same account on the Xbox App on a different PC to isolate the issue?

    How do I view my xbox one games on a PC or mobile phone?

    Hi Matt55, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    On your mobile phone kindly download an Xbox App and from there go to your Library and filter it to "Games I own"

    It's the same on PC. Using the Xbox App or Microsoft Store App.
