Different Gamer Scores on the Same Profile.

I've just bought a second Xbox 360 and I'm signing into my profile. But the weird thing is is they're showing different gamer scores. One is over 10k and the other 7k+. Any idea why.

Retrieving gamerscore

game score and points are not on the consoles but on the live servers. whenever you recover your profile from live to a different console all your game score, remaining gold, and MS points carry over.

 

my gamer score was reset due to modding

the problem is two years back my score was reset but now i have two different scores i was stupid back then but i called ms and i have done the re downloading but no luck the modded score is on my profile with my new gamer score why is this happening

 

They could have different profile saves.

 

Even if both profiles have been downloaded from the internet?

Your gamerscore on the gamercard on xbox.com shows 10535 which is the score saved on xbox live.

Please try and redownload the profile on the console where it is showing the incorrect gamerscore.

That should fix the issue

This is weird. Just redownloaded the profile and it's still on 7260.

did you delete the profile, clear the cache (3x), restart console and download profile?

To see if that makes any difference

 

Thank you for all the help. All I needed to do was to get a single achievement on the new Xbox to update it. Both scores are the same now.
