    Good day,

    I just happened to purchase xbox one s console along with rare replay and gears of war: judgment games. As I entered the code for gears of wars, another game has been downloaded instead called gears of war: unlimited edition! Can
    anyone help me out? Thanks in advance.

    sign in your account which has activated forza 5, open Settings, Chose "home console" and activate it to enable other accounts to use all Content belonging to it.

    You need to have this account present on your console as long as you want to use the game.

    That actually sounds correct. It would be weird for a One to come with a code for a 360 game. But you'll want to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they can exchange it (which may not be possible since it's already been redeemed), or try

    Thanks for your reply, I know the retailer won't be able to do anything since the package been delivered to them as it is but will try and contact the support team.

    As a matter of fact, I have the code which indicates the game as per for xbox one not 360 though. It's clearly says Xbox One Full Game Download. I'm trying to attach the card to show you but getting error uploading photo!!

    Verify your games on Ready to Install section to make sure that is there, If it's not so must contact the retailer You purchased the game, If It does not work so try to talk to Xbox Support and who knows they can help You

    When it was under Ready to install it was 'Gears of War: Unlimited Edition'. I thought maybe it will be download both or something then waited till it will be completed. However, I got the Unlimited Edition one now installed. Thanks for your input I will
    try to speak with Xbox Support team cause I'm sure the retailer will have no clue since the product came like that along with the package.
