    help new 360 update failed w/error code

    Help, not finding anything in search. tried MS support suggestions with no help. Just bought a new xbox and have had numerous consoles so not new to xbox. selected the update after logging into profile and the console froze. I only have access to a MAC but I am sure the file downloaded from the MS site is on the USB drive now getting the same bs error code.

    Error code BS

    My Xbox states up fine and even let's me log in (shocking)

    Buy whenever I go to connect to Xbox live, I get the error code 0x4000000000000000. If anyone can fix this, please do. I have little patience left for Microsoft's "errors"

    Can't mute or unmute people in party chat

    having same problem and none of the "help" will work because it doesnt come with an error code. Its bs. It only happens when i add someone and next time im in a party chat with them they are muted.
