    As the person above stated you have wait until your 18 or change your birthday settings. However that be lying so I would wait.

    Solved.

    Countries than not in list of xbox 360 get this problem.

    Fix change country on xbox to us or uk (I don't test on uk) and migrate xbox account to us here

    support.xbox.com/.../change-region

    Countries than not in list of xbox 360 get this problem.

    Fix change country on xbox to us or uk (I don't test on uk) and migrate xbox account to us here

    Xbox 360 dashboard not updating

    The preview program may have something to do with it but I'm not sure. Try using a different Xbox account (gold or not) and see if it changes. (My silver account floods my dashboard with gold advertisements when I login to it). My dashboard never changes
    too frequently but never for 2 weeks? I find your problem strange.

    Hello,

    You will only have items on your dashboard that are available to your country/region. If you're in a country where there isn't TV & Movies / Music then you will not have those tabs (probably the ones you're saying are missing). These are dependent on the country/region
    your Xbox LIVE account is registered to, nothing wrong with the system update or anything with your console.
