    Different Charges on Multiple Accounts?


    So I removed a card from billing info making it impossible for the card to be charged right? My friend buys Battlefield 4 Premium with HIS card and it says in purchase history that the card was different and now we found out we were both charged for it?!?!
    Please help!

    Check the account that your friend used to purchase the Battlefield 4 Premium and see if your card is on there. If it is the account that you removed the card from, just double check that the card has been removed
    (it may take some time for the system to catch up) if it has, you may need to contact

    customer support    .

    I've seen charges stay in pending till something is charged. So depending on the vendor you buy from, you would see one change go through, and the other would stay in pending on your online statement till it "falls off." Pending charges are not removed
    from your account till they are cleared. Check with your bank. If the bank says the money was removed twice, you can file a dispute, but I would contact support for a refund and have your statement ready for proof.

    Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time, let's check the transactions on your end.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transactions from there if it's not showing up it may mean that they're not successful, usually these transactions will be credited back but as additional help, I would recommend reaching out to your bank.

    Did you previously have a family plan? Or, did you at one point have multiple subscriptions for multiple accounts? Or, are you just being charged for the same Gold plan for the same gamertag? If you previously had a family plan, all of the accounts would
    have been converted to Gold and you would be charged for multiple subscriptions (possibly at different times). If this is the case you may want to contact customer support once again. Perhaps there was a communication break-down of some sort, or for some
