Difference!!

I have two PC's:

One running win 10 and one running win 8.1 and both lock on with the same MS acount

I play Solitaire on both PC's.

Both PC's return the same token - name and picture when they connect to Xbox

BUT: The two PC's show different amount of point and different games played????

What is wrong??

Your brother may need to clear the cache on his xbox. Or he needs to check and make sure he has enough memory.

I usually play games on my brother xbox because it's on the bigger TV and I transfer all the saves to my xbox after I complete the game. I did this with Bioshock Infinite and kept a copy of my save on his xbox. Today, I went tried to play and it said a new
download is available, not unusual. I did the download and as it was downloading it stopped halfway through saying there was a connectivity error. I checked everything, it's a wired connection, and everything checked out. After this same result multiple times
I thought I'd see if it changed on my xbox. I try it on my xbox and it worked! What could the problem that makes his xbox not download it? My xbox is a wireless connection, if that makes any difference. We've also had problem with Netflix on his console as
well.

 

If talking about Solitaire only:

That game's save is local only, and doesn't sync with your Microsoft account across other devices.

You will have to get the progress on the other device separately from the first device.

If you're talking about the Xbox app with different games and points shown you may not have the same Microsoft account on both devices:

Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > See if the email is the same on both devices.

 

I am using the same account on both devices! with the same password.
