Its a typical fanboi post and nothing more. Instead of blaming who was responsible for the mess he just passes it off onto everyone else. Players were promised heists before the game launched 13 months later and still nothing and not even much info on them
as of yet but still they promise. So why shouldn't gamers be upset, but in Bads eyes they are just whiners.

He talks about player greed for wanting their promised content, yet never mentions R$ greed, nerfing content to promote more shark-card sales, keeping GTAO so bare that players will flock to the next gen. Once again blaming players for lack of content and
    not who's truly responsible.

Then theres this constant talk about modders and how they are the reason for whats wrong with GTAO and once again failing to put the blame where it needed to be. It wasn't the mods who delayed GTAO and it wasn't them who released a broken and bugged up
mess. They were not the reason for lack of content and lack of heists. It was because R* needed a whole year to get the game stable and deal with all the bugs. An because R* pulled most of the team off to work on the next gens console content.

While on the subject can we stop calling them modders, because they are really exploiters and nothing more. These people just give the actual modding community a bad name. Look at what Mods did for games like Skyrim and the Fallout series. Look at whats
being down with a limited creation kit in GTAO.

I'm not a whiner, I just want heist like I was promised. from what I know, some people even bought the game specifically to play heists, I guess they are whiners too then huh.

Rockstar doesn't deserve the respect you give them. I couldnt care less about what modders are doing, if Rockstar didn't car so much about money, they would have it all fixed. why isn't destiny modded? last I checked, bungie actually tells you when updates
are coming, and they ALWAYS bring updates. so what is rockstars excuse? is it because people didn't buy enough shark cards to care? people keep going on and on about how we get free DLCs for gta5, but honestly, I think we all know what those DLCs are really
for. more patches, Rockstar trying to stop modders, and close glitches. some DLCs are good, im not going to lie, but im not a hipster?? I wouldn't pay 2 cents for that. haven't you noticed you cant even play the game without the DLCs/patches

and if Rockstar is recommending players not to play in public lobbies, they should consider NOT making games.

Foregotten: I never passed the buck. Is your post as a whole not complaining? Some may call that whining. As I stated if all you think is heists you will go mad. Shark cards are for Rockstar to give content free for others being impatient or not having any
friends or a crew to help them get the money that they want. They are not forcing anyone to buy them and they are not pushing them. They just state they are here if you want to pay for it. Rockstar has stated that they cant release heists because the modders
will destroy it. With people like you being so critical of everything that Rockstar does, the hype that people put into this if they released them and then the modders decode them and destroy them, then Rockstar would be forced to take them away anyway. Due
process is interrupted by hacks, mods, and glitches. So your blame of not having what you want should not be focused on me but these people with nothing better to do that mess the game up and destroy it. True Rockstar had a bumpy start with GTAO but within
6 months they had it together. Others companys do the same thing. Look at Sim City and what a mess that was. EA had not worked out the kinks until it was released. Rockstar had never tried something like GTAO, actually nobody has tried something so massive.
So just like with any technology it takes time to get it right. Yet you seem to support certain mods for other games but these modders that you praise are the same ones holding you back from getting what you want. I am not part of any problem. People that
only complain in every post they make is the problem. Also impatience. I stand beside my previous post. I have been around much longer than you and my post best describes these x box GTA5 forums.

You can not say you do not back Rockstar with your life bro, that would be a straight up lie. Foregotten clearly said it was not the modders fault for many of the defects of the game, yet you still blame the modders. if Rockstar didn't nerf everything so
much to the point to where you feel like it would just be easier to buy shark cards, what reason would a modder have to mod the game? R* is greedy, and they are liars!

Let me tell a tale. Once upon a time in video game land there was a company that was PC based. They decided to start to release their games on console. The company was Valve, the game was The Orange Box. Among other crappy games was a stand out which was
Team Fortress 2. Valve had it running on console and PC. They eventually decided to add much needed content to the PC version. These were great at the time. Much needed completion of characters by adding content that would help the character that was originally
underpowered. This should have been included in the game at release but deadlines and such they just decided to release it later. The console community was attacking Valve for not updating the console version. Which forced Valve to address this issue. They
said they would release them in a month. When the month came they said it will be here by the end of summer this was in winter. Then the end of summer came and Valve said by the end of the year. When the end of the year came there was still no DLC and Valve
refused to comment on it anymore. So basically you cant always believe whole heartily anything that a video company says until they state the date of release for the said DLC. Those who do are only hurting themselves worrying about something that you may never
see. You can only rely on faith that Rockstar will eventually release heists. You must come to terms that the fact that it may take another year from now or maybe not even at all. So why worry, complain, whine? Its a lot of wasted energy for nothing more than
a video game which is meant to be played for fun and its rare to have a game like GTAO thats has released so many free DLC's already. Yet greed makes people want more. Be thankful for what you have and enjoy it. Or move on and come back when and or if heists
come. No need to attack people who's opinions are not your opinions. [Mod removed]

  9. ... I wasn't going to respond, but this has gotten far enough. What some of you fail to understand is that Rockstar is in the business of making MONEY FIRST AND FOREMOST! They do NOT answer to the fans/consumers, rather to their own shareholders and investors...
the people who put the money into Rockstar's coffers to make games for the masses... anld then recoup that revenue to pay back said investors as well as their own staff/employees.

Regarding Sharkcards... Why should it matter if people decide to spend their own money on ingame revenue? That doesn't affect anyone, except that individual. Those who say, that people who use Sharkcards to get 'everything while others have to grind for
it'... Then you haven't played the game at all. If you did, you would know that a Lv 10 Player can NOT buy 'everything' in every store as not all of the store's wares are unlocked/available at Lv 10., so a person using a Sharkcard is NOT cheating to get ahead
of others. Another little thing about Sharkcards, is that the revenue from those cards goes towards not just maintaining the servers for a game like this, but also towards development of future content (as well as income for Rockstar's employees who are working
    on said content).

Everyone screaming for Heists... If you are too impatient to wait for them to come to GTAO, then go and play the Pay Day games then. Simple solution there. Everyone with even a iota of mental faculties, would know that it takes a significant time to create
content for a videogame and that the unexpected can happen which will either slow down or delay indefinitely, said content. Be patient for crying outloud... and if you say "Rockstar's had 13 months to bring them in", so? They've confirmed that they are working
on versions of GTAV/O for Xbox One and PS4 (If PS4 gets deleted from the post...), and that takes time and manpower to work on that. After those versions are released, we'll probably see Heists appear on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions (as well as other content).

@ Death, sure they have a right to make money, and as a consumer I have rights as well. You can't sell someone on a product with features and not include said features and not expect some form of hostility. That be like you going out and buying a brand
new 55" tv with all the bells and whistles and then come to find out, none of those features were included and the tv barely works.

An if you want to take it another way, one could argue that a player buys a game to be entertain, so what if that happens to be exploiting a game, heck that might be how their entertain, so why should we hate on him... lol

I could care less if you wanted to spend your life savings on shark cards, heck I encourage it because there's no P2W in this game. My problem is when you disable functions, and nerf content and over inflate prices in hopes of drawing in my Shark-Card sales,
    that's my problem.

Asking someone to wait 13 months for a feature that was suppose to be implemented 10 months ago is just silly, everyone was willing to wait the 3-6 months but 13 months, come on and get real even your annoyed about it.

( I like how my last post was deleted, must hate to argue against valid points )

Read definition #3 of this link:
    dictionary.reference.com/.../business

Yes, it states that a business is "profit-seeking". It also states that it provides a service. GTA: O can be viewed as that service. If you recall, R$* is $6 billion in profits (maybe not presently but when this game first came out, it was and the addition
of GTA: O just added onto it). No matter what, they have made their profits already; the rest is just extra. So, why then do they feel the need to nerf mission payouts to virtually $10,000 for some missions? One reason is to ensure the purchase of shark cards.
However, more evidence that R$* pushed that "envelope" further is evidenced inside each DLC that comes out. How much was the "Air Force One" knockoff worth? $3,000,000? At 10-15,000 a mission (which are usually longer than 2 minutes)? Yeah, no thanks...

And if people purchase in-game money using real money, then it is just a matter of ranking up to be able to buy everything but the kitchen sink. And with the release of these "Insane RP Glitches" then the person who has purchased in-game money through real
money, if he chooses to exploit this glitch, will in turn be better than the R120 that only has 100K left. This is one example of how purchasing in-game money using real money while other players need to "work" for it can be "unfair". It comes down to the
player who has purchased the money is actually the one who is "taking the easy way out" because now all that is left is to just spam high-reputation missions in order to unlock everything. With the mindset of some of these players, that isn't too far off.

Again, like Forgotten has said, you want to keep "brushing off the issue onto us" and not realize that R$* has lied to us more than once. Heists were supposed to come out after the initial release of GTA: O. They were delayed and then R$* told us they'd
be coming "soon; soon passed and then R$* said they'd be here in a few months. Then one day, R$* said that the heists were completed and we'd be getting them in the next patch...next patch arrives...WHERE ARE THEY? How do you not see this as a blatant lie
or "pulling our legs?" Are they trying to troll us on purpose? Also to add, the whole reason that this game was so easily moddable is because C* used the same format for files and directories so anyone who was familiar with IV's model of the filesystem could
easily figure it out. There was "some" encyption added but with programs nowadays, hashes can be easily cracked (Computer Info./Security Major). So, why then did C* use the same model knowing how easily it would be "cracked"? Because, like others have stated,
R$* was lazy in some aspects of creating GTA: V and O. One example is how there is a LSSD badge on the top of a LSPD Officer's hat.

When people feel they've been cheated, they speak out. Those telling us to "keep quiet" or "wait" can handle it or just don't care. We, on the otherhand, realize what is going on and are trying to bring it to your attention and others. It's been 13 months,
well that is pretty bad for R$* after they've said we'd be gettign them about 5-6 times already. What is so great or important that is taking this so long to make? Modders actually discovered a secret dev of the Heist missions (probably a test mission) and
it seemed pretty complete to me. One reason they'd hold it back this long? They will release it on PC and Next-Gen consoles. If that is their plan, at least tell us instead of making us guess! This is the one thing about R* that makes me really hate them at
the same time. They don't tell us ANYTHING until THEY are ready. Not only does this make players mad, but it is also what causes the hacktivists out there to take action (like leaking info.) We have been patient! Tell us what the [bleep] is going on instead
of keeping us in the dark!

Also, you would think that a company is big as R$* would also have multiple departments for each task, as that is what an "organized" business would have in mind. Therefore, there should be a department specifically for the DLCs that are made for games or
just specifically for GTA: V. How come it took so little time to make the other DLCs but heists STILL have not come out? Besides being retextured clothing and content that was originally cut, R$* is holding it back on PURPOSE!

I feel the only reason deaths head and bad 2020 aren't upset about the big upset from Rockstar is because they are ok with what is in the game right now. when I first played the game online, I was under the impression that I had a lot of work to do to own
all the apartments and feel them all up with cars. started seeing videos on youtube of the garages and seen 10 cars in 1 garage. thought, wow, Rockstar really did make this game better than san andreas. made me super excited. then I play the game and find
out I can only own 1 garage. oh but now we can have 2 garages.... big whoop.

you guys keep saying how people should have patience for a video game most of us paid full price for, and a whole year later, the heists are still not here.

I don't know where you guys are getting the idea that people shouldn't be upset with Rockstar because of whats going on, but people are leaving the game because Rockstar is going downhill. not just with the heist, but in most of whats going on and they are
telling us anything. and yea yea the shareholders pay for the stuff overall, but guess what, WE are playing the game, so they should be listening to US like bungie does.

It seems that no matter what, people want to whine and complain and beat a dead horse into the ground over things that they have no control over. Yes I'm not upset about GTAO as I do not play it religiously... I have other games that take my time and I can
be patient. If the likes of Foregotten1, LegendOfGta and Z4ZonE are unhappy... I honestly don't care. You don't like how GTAO is, well that's just too bad.

You have NO control over what Rockstar does or does not do. Deal with it and move on, instead of posting complaint after complaint after complaint or attack those who honestly have no problem with how GTAO is at this time.

my 3 main games are destiny, street fighter, and forza horizon, soon to be forza horizon 2 after my research. I know of the issues that happen with that game, so im not going to rush into it. gta5 I still play with the hopes of a surprise update, or just
to cruise around to see who is crazy enough to chase me. don't get me wrong, I still like gta5, theres still thrills in that game you cant get anywhere else, its just not my main game anymore because im done waiting for heist missions. and yes I still play
in public lobbies, and have yet to run into a modders, however, my wife has. but the modder didn't do anything. he was just like, heyyyy im a modder. but then she told me, so I disconnected my modem for 15 minutes lol AINT NO BODY GOT TIME FOR DAT!!!
