Difference between XBOX One version and XBOX 360 version

Zone you know as well as I do that rockstar won't do that type of thing because it's in another GTA universe

There was a big difference between the original XBox version and the XBox 360 version.



The 360 version looked much better.

 

of course I know it, im just saying that its not impossible to do for the xbox one, and should be done for the best gta game.

 

Xbox 360 = no heists

Xbox ONE = heists and other stuff cut from Xbox 360 version

 

Rockstar haven't officially stated anywhere (that I've seen anyway) that they'll cut support for the Xbox 360/other console versions when the game is re-released on Xbox One/other console. With porting the game over, I imagine most of the staff are working
on that, with only a skeleton crew maintaining the Online for the 360/other currently.

I imagine after the re-release, things like Heists (I honestly don't know why everyone is raving on and on about just this one thing) and such. There's a lot of other things to do in the Online for crying outloud, and after heists do come out... we'll still
have all these complainers on boards doing the same thing again, wanting more content etc. Just be patient for crying outloud and wait... Do you want a mode released which has far more bugs and glitches to it, or a decent enough online experience you can relive
with friends again and again?

 

LOL. I always say some may know a lot but there is always someone who knows more. Deaths Head is up on all these false allegations and such. You rock Deaths Head. Putting people in their place.

I would like to comment on maps. I think Vice City was the smallest map. There really wasnt much there. a small city on one side and another on the other. This may be one reason we havnt seen a VC since then. Also the map in five you said zone you always
know where you are and in San Andreas you would get lost. I feel that they map in 5 was very well done. As you go north from the bottom there is the city, the Vine wood hills, then grass covered open fields, then desert. So I think its easier to follow than
three different citys all near each other. So despite 5 being a bigger map the three citys seemed to be quite large. At the time they were HUGE.

 

gta5s map was very well done. there is more detail in that game than any other game I can think of. and vice city really shouldn't even be talked about. I only liked the mansion you get to own. but san andreas also had a very good map, that I don't feel
like it should be forgotten about. compared to gta5, the only thing bad about san andreas is there was no phone, and horrible graphics compared to gta5. other than that, the map for san andreas was amazing, especially for the time it was made in. I sure wish
they would make a san andreas part 2 or something so we can have a gta game with more things to interact with

 

Well Zone who knows maybe Rockstar will give xb1 version a San fierro /Las Venturas map, but I like said it's in another unverse. what else will rockstar do create a GTA theme comic.

 

if Rockstar is cares about there business like Microsoft, and if enough people stand up and say what they want in gta, maybe they will add it. other than that, its just going to be a free roam game with animals that you can kill.

 

@DH200, I was being facetious (I think that is how it is spelled) and a bit sarcastic. What I meant was the Xbox 360 version will not get heists (STILL haven't seen them and they were said to be here by the beginning of GTA: O) and the PC version will get
all that and whatever else could not "fit" into the 360/PS3 console version (i.e: cut content).

People, like myself, keep griping about it because IT STILL IS NOT HERE. I don't care anymore but the reason players keep going on about it is because C* keep saying it will be in the next update only for them to "bait and switch" with semi-useless DLC.

@Darth, times will never be simpler. Those days are over. Now it's just how much content can the take out of the main game just to get you to buy it to place back into the main game!

@BAD, Vice City was small; missions and all. It was SMALL. PERIOD. No complaints on SA map nor GTA: V map. I just feel it is quite empty in Online. Needs more players (double-edged sword).

@Darth, forget the whole "universe theory". The way I think about it is that was the 1990s era San Andreas (at least in LS's terms). GTA: V is the modern-day LS (San Fierro and Las Ventauras are moved towards their respective places but we cannot go there
because of a particular reason outside the control of our character (roadblocks, earthquakes, forest fire, etc.)

@Zone, took the words right out of my mouth. Just like Forza Horizon was just a scenic race TRACK! There was no open WORLD (in MP of course)!

Like I said before, which you might have missed, be patient and wait until AFTER the Xbox One/PS4 re-release and see if Heists come out then on the Xbox 360/PS3. Do you realize how difficult it can be to make a game? It's not just something one can slap
together. It takes time as well as talent (staff etc) to do so. Have Rockstar stated explicitly that they WON'T bring Heists to Xbox 360/PS3? If they have, please provide a link stating as such, as until they do... be patient for crying outloud.

This is Rockstar (and to be brutally honest, I'm sick of your derogative term for a alternate abbreviation for the company name) and this is their first foray into a game style such as GTAO. If you don't like the DLC Rockstar have released, don't download
it then. Simple.

People like yourself (though I admit I am curious as to why you are so angry towards Rockstar, when you have admitted yourself that you don't care) need to calm down, because this schism in the fanbase has gotten old real fast. If you don't like what they
have done, then simply don't play the game/read up about it/etc.

It's obvious that you don't like the way Rockstar is taking GTAO and that's your choice... but it's seriously getting old reading your posts here (in the forum of a game you've admitted you don't care about) with your derogative comments and blatantly attacking
Rockstar and anyone else here who doesn't share your point of view.

 

This isnt the first time I have said this and it wont be the last. If all yu think is heists, heists, and heists then you will go mad. Yearning for something so badly that it hurts. I was just like that until I thougt you know what heists were cool but I
dont need them. There are so many things that can be done in GTAO. Its a painting that is only half done. If they took the man power and time that Rockstar has put into heists we could instead have so much more content. More mission, volleyball, basketball,
more survivals, but instead the masses whine "I want my heists" so Rockstar tries to give you all what you want but none of you ever thought should they? Greed is an evil thing. If you try to grab to much you will eventually get shut out. Rockstar has stated
that Heists are complete but with the massive uprising of modders and little modder fan boys is destroying the 360 version. So if heists are ever to be released they should only come to the x box one where modders cant interfere. I mean why should they release
it to just have it exploited by people who are such a pain to everyone. Give it to the loyalists that will buy a next gen and a 2nd copy of GTA5. PC not getting GTAO is a well deserved total slap in the modders face. Deal with it. This is the fact of the matter.
The worse part is that the one who has complained the most on these forums has been using mods in GTA4 PC to have their fun and yet complain about the ones doing it on GTA5 Online. Some people dont even realize that they are part of the problem and contribute
to what they hate the most. Pretty ironic huh?
