Difference between two versions of Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in buying Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition soon, however I noticed there are two versions of the product and aside from a price difference, I can't tell what one offers over the other.

The first one is
here, and it's $51.99 Canadian. The second is
here, and it's $39.99 Canadian.

Can anyone tell me what the actual difference is? It looks to be the exact same product, but simply listed, and priced, twice.

Note, I'm on Windows 10 PC, I do not own an Xbox One console at this time.

The killer instinct hub is like a digital dvd with interviews with the creators. Behind the scenes making of videos. The history of killer instinct. All the character release trailers and you can listen to music from the game.

One can be played on both Xbox and PC (beta) and the other is only Xbox One. It says it on the right hand side.

That is bizarre honestly. They seem to be the exact same editions of the game

@MorkyMork1991 I know, right, confusing!

@JosemberG N As far as I can tell, they both contain the same skins; they're both the "Definitive Edition." The only difference I can see, outside of store icons for the skins looking different, is the more expensive one comes with the "Killer Instinct:
Definitive Edition Hub." No idea what that is.

@Ashadelo: They're both Xbox Play Anywhere, both can be played on PC or Xbox One. I own the free-to-play version of
Killer Instinct on my PC, and it tells me for both that I "own Killer Instinct, included with this bundle."

Hmmmm... I guess that's the $12.00 difference. In your opinion, is that "digital DVD" worth the extra cost?
