Diebstahl

Guten Tag,
ich wende mich hier noch einmal mit einem wichtigen anliegen an, da ich sonnst keine Möglichkeit gefunden habe, den Support direkt per Mail zu erreichen. Hoffe mir kann geholfen werden, da ich jetzt die damals fehlenden Informationen habe.

Kurz zum Anliegen:

Bei mir zu Hause wurde im Januar letzten Jahre eingebrochen. Unter anderem wurde mir dabei auch meine XBOX One entwendet. Ich, sowie auch die Polizei hatte sich mit dem Support telefonisch in Verbindung gesetzt um eventuell den Standort der Konsole oder ähnliches
zu ermitteln. Leider wusste ich weder meine Email Adresse, noch meinen GamerTag auswendig den ich auf der Xbox verwendete. Dementsprechend konnte mir nach langem hin und her letztendlich leider nicht geholfen werden.
Jetzt ist so, das ich in einem anderen GameKonto meinen XBOX GamerTag wiedergefunden habe.

Gibt es die Möglichkeit die Email Adresse dazu herauszufinden? Die Möglichkeit herauszufinden wo sich die Konsole befindet sollte Sie Online gewesen sein? Oder vielleicht den Besitzer direkt zu kontaktieren? Eventuell wurde Sie ja verkauft und der neue Inhaber
weiß nichts von dem Diebstahl??!!
Vielleicht gibt ja ein paar Möglichkeiten, denn damals sagte man mir, um mir helfen zu können brauchte man wenigstens den GamerTag. Ich gebe die Hoffnung noch nicht auf

Genau. Rum probieren, dann erwischte nen anderen Code und bekommst wegen Diebstahl eins auf'n Deckel.

Da war doch vor kurzem noch einer da mit dem selben "Problem".

Ka wie man das schafft, aber gut. Ist wenn, etwas ungünstig gelaufen.

Da das Angebot [Mod Removed] ist kann ich nur anhand C cRaZy D's Post vermuten um was es geht.

Wenn Du bei einem Spielangebot einen Account kaufen musst, verstößt Du auf jeden Fall gegen zwei Nutzungsbedingungen.

Zum einen
gilt das "kaufen" eines Accounts als "Account-Diebstahl".

Und zum anderen
gilt das Herunterladen von Spielen mit einem "fremden" Account als "Marktplatzdiebstahl".

Beide Verstöße können zu einem Account-Bann und in schweren Fällen sogar zu einem Bann der kompletten Konsole führen.

Wenn Du also solche Angebote findest, rechne beim Preis immer noch den Preis für eine neue Konsole drauf, plus dem Geld was Du früher schon in Deinen Account gesteckt hast.

Dann sieht das Angebot schon nicht mehr so günstig aus, oder? ;-)
