Didnt't get freedom rewards 3rd punch or 30+ spend

I bought the 8k gems pack (costs over $66) from the xbox store not the smite store and its been 3 days and I still haven't got my punches for the spend 30+ dollars and the spend $5 three times once each month. When will I get the credit rewards from it?

ok but i contacted to xbox support he/she say in 30/12/2017 you get gift from xbox but i dont get it

 

Rewards not coming through

I have a few pending rewards that have not come through at all though I have completed the task's. My last reward was said to be glitched/not working in some way so could you please look over all my offers and missions.

Purchases can take up to 96 hours to be processed. We see that your purchases have been processed successfully, and both Credit events have been pending in your account since the 30th. You can see your pending Credit events from your MyStatement on the MyRewards
page.
