ive bought in the online store de super deluxe version of FIFA 16.

but i didnt recieved my weekly jumbo gold packages.

After chatting with Support they advised me to post it on the forum to keep updated.

• After your console has powered off, wait a few minutes and then power on your console.
  
• Download your account to your Xbox One console and launch FIFA 16 to check if you are able to see the
  bonus content.
