    I bought recently some MineCoins for Minecraft which was on the 29th of November. The issue is that I didn't receive it as I bought 1600 MineCoins for € 9,99.

    It would be a pleasure that I get a refund on my receipt (9988824370).

    So i may better understand, when you purchased the minecoins. Was this on the xbox store, in the minecraft marketplace or on the minecraft website?

    We see that all your Gems are currently in your account, and are displayed as part of your Gem total on the top of the Vault page. They have been there since you claimed them, or otherwise were added to your account naturally, such as your Gems from spending.
