Discus and support didn't recieve my downloads in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; several months ago now I downloaded 2 new puzzle packs, you took my coins but didn't give me the puzzle packs?? why???... Discussion in 'XBoX Games and Apps' started by ImCrzyMry, Feb 8, 2017.

    Didn't recieve my Gems

    Hello Dr Geld4hnung,

    We see that all your Gems are currently in your account, and are displayed as part of your Gem total on the top of the Vault page. They have been there since you claimed them, or otherwise were added to your account naturally, such as your Gems from spending.

    Hello, I applied for my gems several days ago. This small text indicates that it could take up to 96 hours to update my account balance. Now I waited for my Gems for 9 days. I ask for a solution.

    Thanks I checked that out and it says I downloaded "medal of honor" for 2080 MSP but I never tryed to DL that game... and I didn't recieve the game on my Hard Drive. I contacted support concerning this issue but I'm unsure what they will be able to do for
    me... How can I possibly be charged for a game I didn't try to download and didn't recieve on my hard drive : S Thanks again for your help.

    So i may better understand, when you purchased the minecoins. Was this on the xbox store, in the minecraft marketplace or on the minecraft website?
