Didn't receive Zen

purchased $99.99 + tax worth of Zen in Neverwinter Xbox 1 edition. "authentication failed" message but received e-mail bill from Microsoft. ARC Games is aware of this problem so it states on their support page. I didn't see anything on ARC Games website
on how to file a claim yet. Maybe they can determine who and how much they bought. It's just irritating not knowing what's going to happen and when. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ZEN FOR NEVERWINTER XBOX ONE VERSION YET.

So did I i spent around $105 USD and didn't recieve my 10,500 zen plz fix this Microsoft give me my zen or give me my money back

 

So I have no clue where to post this so here seems as good as anywhere.

I spent £64.99 on Zen got the Authentication Failed message so basically like the two people before I've been charged the money but haven't received the Zen in game.

 

Update I now have received my Zen.

If something like this happens again maybe Perfect World should put a warning on the main menu or something.

 

I made ZEN purchase yesterday and I'm still waiting for them.

Weird, I bought Zen last night and received it instantly. I bought it while I was in a game from the Zen Store.

 

Same opened a ticket on the ARC website been waiting all day still no reply looks like I won't get my zen or my money back so much for being a loyal customer of xbox live for the lat 8 years at £40 per year not happy

 

Same here bought my zen on 4-12-15 and still nothing. Live support said give it 24 to 72 hours and its also a known problem thing. This is very frustrating.

 

They "supposedly" fixed this but bought zen today and got an authentication error and it didn't show up.

 

So I just spent 25 bucks on zen that I won't recieve? Okay seriously I want my money back or the zen here soon this is ridiculous.

 

Yep, still broken. Did not receive my zen.

 

I had the same thing happen accept what really P%$%% me off is microsoft isn't showing I purchased it even though I was charged for it. It shows up on my card statement and the amount and date but doesn't show up on microsofts end. Not showing up on Neverwinters
end either. I will never purchase anything for this game again. Thank god it was a small amount. Hope everyone else gets their money back or at least the zen.
