Didnt receive the Gears of War

Issue: We purchased Gears of War 4 on 12/27/2016. After completing the campaign, we were supposed to receive a bundle of Gears of War 1,2, &3. We only received 1&3 for download. How do I resolve this issue and download Gears of War 2 as well?

Xbox support sent me this URL for the forum with most information filled in and said this was the best way to resolve my issue.

 

It can take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If you don't receive them after that, you'll want to post in the Sales and Promotions forum.

To clarify further on Smwutches response. The codes are sent to the account via Xbox Live message, so you'll want to keep an eye on those messages. They can take up to 30 days to appear in your message center though. So if they don't, please feel free to
create a new post in the Sales & promotions forums so we can take a closer look.
