Didn't receive the codes for the legacy Gears games after preordering Gears 4

On the 20th of June 2016 I preordered Gears of War 4 from the Xbox store. However, I still have not received the codes for the previous Gears of War games as was promised.

Not received Gears codes for playing ultimate

I didn't receive codes for Gears 1, 2 ,3 and Judgment despite preordering Gears ultimate digitally and playing.

Can anybody help?

 

Gears 4 Legacy promotion

Good day friend. For Christmas I received a copy of Gears of War 4. It was supposed to come with codes for the legacy games, as advertised here https://www.gamestop.com/xbox-one/games/gears-of-war-4/129006
below the reviews. I looked forward to playing the legacy games first but did not receive a physical code from Gamestop or digital from Xbox live. Anyway I can have help acquiring the codes?

Is this happening a lot? I'm about to preorder but I wanna be sure I'll get the whole collection.

 

I pre-order and the Pack of characters of Gears of War Ultimate Edition can't be downloaded :/

 

for the original poster - in order to recieve all the previous gears titles i belive you must own gow:ue

for the above poster i have also pre-ordered gears 4 - but unfortunately we will not get our gow:ue characters until october 7th - this is based on extensive reading as i wanted the savage kantus to play with now

 

I just preordered Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition, And saw I would get the whole gears of war collection, How come? can anyone help me out please, cause one of the main reasons I preordered it was because of getting the older games aswell!

 

Go to your games and apps and see if they are in the ready to install section. If they are just download them and your good to go.

• These codes will be delivered automatically around 7-10 days after the purchase has been made, starting on October 3rd 2016 for anyone who pre-ordered the game, and continuing until January 9th 2017.
  
• You must buy and play the game by December 31, 2016 to be eligible for this promotion.
  
• Customers who purchase the physical game at retail will find codes for these games inside the box while supplies last.
  

So it sounds like pre-order codes will be delivered starting on October 3rd, and delivery of the codes will continue through beginning of 2017.
