Didn’t receive rewards

Hello, I started completing the quest in November. I have completed November and December so far. I read everything, was a live member on the last day etc. I read that normally they don’t show up for a bit but I’m reading most people have their November
rewards already, wondering why I didn’t receive mine?

Didn’t Recieve Rewards for Last Months Xbox Quest

I completed all of the last months Xbox Quests and didn’t receive my rewards on fortnite and didn’t get a message.

I didn’t receive 10.00$ for 10000 reward credits I’ve been waiting at least two weeks and I didn’t get them on the 30th

For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. Keep in mind that prizes are sent within the following month, so it would be too soon to have received anything for February.

Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
forum.
