    Didn't receive redeemable code from my name your game bundle


    I 'receive the redeemable code for Forza motorsport 6. I got the name your game bundle, I went onto xbox.com/name-your-game.com, filled out all of the correct information and never received the 25 character code in my email for me to install my game.

    Name your game- no email received

    I did not receive an email for my forza redemption code when I entered my name your game 16 digit code that came from the name your game 500 Gb xbox bundle. I entered the code around the 24th or 25th of December and it said i would get an email within 24
    hours, however it never sent the email. The game code says it has expired on the card, and i never received the game code.

    Great Five-Games Xbox 360 Bundle Only In Canada.

    No Joueur, the games are digital downloads/redeemable only

    If you bought the bundle which was priced at $299 - and it must state it comes with them, if it does not..then you bought the wrong bundle lol

    But inside the bundle you will see the redeemable codes, probably on a sheet/card within the other junk papers (example how to papers LOL)

    Xbox Support cannot help you with that unless it wasnt in the package,

    If the special package didn't have the redeemable codes, then take it back to the store & maybe you will get a them!

    - Don't forget the receipt!

    Are you sure that the bundle is for the name your game bundle? You already received a free gears of war code so I doubt there's a promotion code for another game to claim. Unless I missed the part where you still get a free code(25 digit code) aside from
    the name your game process.

    The code comes from the Microsoft store. I received my code a few days ago. I redeemed it online, but the content never showed up in the game. I contacted microsoft store and they said to contact xbox.

    If and when you receive your code, I would suggest redeeming it in-game. Following the instructions that xame with the email didn't work for me.
