    Didn't receive Preview Program reward


    I recently saw a post from 5 months ago saying that preview members would receive a reward of I believe the new Xbox One Elite controller for your avatar. I was a member during the elegible time period but did not receive a cod e. I attached a picture of

    Bought Xbox One S for Christmas and haven't received Reward program credits

    I'm part of the Rewards program, and I purchased an Xbox One S for Christmas during the 50k promotion and didn't receive the credits. The Rewards program was having a promotion, if you sign into an Xbox One S you'd receive the credits within 15 days.

    My preview program invite message hasn't arrived yet.

    About 3 people have been invited me to join xbox preview program.

    But It's been a week since they do that, and I didn't receive any messages about preview program.

    Actually I got message from xbox live to join preview program, but that wasn't time that xbox one arrived in korea. So I couldn't join preview program.

    As I'm having XBOX ONE, I'm going to get in to preview program, but preview message didn't arrived to me.

    What happened? Contact chat doesn't helpful. Didn't receive Preview Program reward :(

    Preview Forums for assistance with this. We are unable to verify any preview activity other than enrollment, so you will want them to look over all of that for you. Thanks for understanding!

    Xbox Insider Hub isn't working Something to do with HTTPCode being unauthorized

    Since that is not a Rewards program issue, Rewards support will not be able to assist. You'll want to post in the preview forums.

    Hello StE3LErSEmIN3M,

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. Since the offer hasn't been available for that long yet, it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    Prizes from quests are given within the following month if you don't receive anything by the end of February, you will want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.
