    I Pre-Order Halo 5 Guardians and still haven't received my bonus. I purchased it on the Xbox Store and have not been able to get a promotional pack. I've been waiting for a while and was wondering if any had help on this.

    Be sure to check out our
    Halo REQ Support page     for help locating REQ packs. If this is in regards to the Warzone REQ Bundle, which is included with the Deluxe Edition, you will want to check the 'Ready to install' portion of Halo 5's 'Manage game' screen to install the REQ bundle.

    If you continue to experience issues locating those packs, we recommend reaching out to our phone support team for account related support we can't publicly provide on the forums.

    You'll receive whatever pre order bonus that ms is doing for the game I'd imagine. If you want the pre order bonus that gamestop does, then you'll still have to pre order through them.

    pre-ordering from the Microsoft Store    . If you pre-ordered from the Xbox Store, you should have received the 2016 Mercedes-Benz C 63 S Coupe.

    Did you receive a Mercedes-Benz pre-order bonus via Xbox Live Message? If so, that would be your pre-order bonus.
