    Hey guys I'm Reward member since October 2014 and I never received rewards points, any account bug I think. Can you guys look for me?

    Hello King LeXoR,

    You are registered as a US Rewards member. Since you have been spending in a regional currency other than USD, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program.

    Since only your purchases of Dragon Ball and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches for those purchases. Only pre-orders made within the offer period are eligible for this offer.
