    Didn’t receive my Xbox Game Pass reward for September


    I met all 3 levels of requirements for the Xbox Game Pass Goals in September but never received a prize. I downloaded and played at least 5 Game Pass games for at least 30 minutes each, all within the month of September. I read that the prize may take up
    to 30 days to be sent so I waited until November and still have nothing. Many people online have received their prizes so there must be some problem or delay with mine. I contacted Xbox support and they advised me to post here. Please help me to get this issue
    sorted out. Thanks.

    Didn’t Recieve Rewards for Last Months Xbox Quest

    I completed all of the last months Xbox Quests and didn’t receive my rewards on fortnite and didn’t get a message.

    Rewards will be sent out to eligible customers up to 30 days after the conclusion of the promotion. Since this had just ended at the end up September, please be sure to post a new thread here if you do not receive your rewards by the end of the month so
    we can take a closer look.

    That's a LIE cause I've had a look at the discussion boards and others got their September Game Pass rewards and I had played at least 4 of the 5 (not sure on the 5th) so I should of at least got 4 of the rewards for playing them. Also don't dare send me
    any films cause it's a GAME PASS REWARDS so the rewards should be either memberships to Xbox live or Xbox Game Pass or how about a game under a certain price?

    Same. Received my Game Pass quest reward, not the Xbox Live Gold reward though.

    For help with quests, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions forum. Keep in mind that prizes are sent within the following month, so it would be too soon to have received anything for February.

    Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
    forum.
