    i have completed my quest for my Xbox Live rewards for January and February and didn’t receive anyting until now what’s the problem?

    Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
    forum.

    I am participating in the Xbox game pass rewards in November and I completed the five hour challenge of playing a Classic or retro game for five hours to receive an ultimate mystery gift and I never got my ultimate mystery gift
