    Hi - I didn't get a proper answer on this yesterday so I am trying again...

    I did not receive any "MyVIP" points for March even though I spent money. None of what I spent went into other reward programs.

    If you can check my account, you'll see this:

    The Legend Of Dead Kel (£6.75) - 25 March

    Teeth Of Naros (£6.75) - 26 March

    Purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP payback, as stated in our FAQ:

    What type of Rewards can I earn?

    In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
    missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

    To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
    based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

    Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback. Since you did not complete that offer, you did not receive any Credits for offer completion.

    Didn't receive my points for March

    Hi - I spent enough money in March to qualify for some points to be earned back as I am at a "MyVIP Star Rank 1 (Gold)" level but I didn't get anything.

    I have waited a few weeks as I know it sometimes takes a while to come through but I'm guessing if it hasn't come through by now, I've been missed off somehow.

    Can someone please investigate and get back to me?

    As mentioned in your previous post at (Didn't receive my points for March), since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer,
    both your purchases went towards that offer. Since purchases can not generate Credits from MyVIP and offers, your purchases were allotted towards the Simply Rewarding offer (6,000 Credits for £36 in purchases). Since you did not complete the offer,
    you did not receive offer completion Credits.

    Thanks for posting! This promotion to receive Fallout 3 ended on 2/8/2016. Since you purchased Fallout 4 in March, that would be the reason you didn't receive Fallout 3.

    Since only your purchases of Dragon Ball and Call of Duty were within the offer period, you only received two punches for those purchases. Only pre-orders made within the offer period are eligible for this offer.
