    Didn't receive my invitation to the preview program


    I talked to an Xbox Employee and she told me my invitation came through but that I didn't accept it and that I should've received a message on my xbox One inbox but I haven't and she forwarded me here ''its because we don't have direct fix and troubleshooting
    for preview membership since its owned by our Moderator admin.'' in her words.

    She gave this number too dunno what it means - 1293389610

    So how can I fix this ? How can I receive that invitation on my xbox one so I can accept it ?

    i was accepted to the Xbox Preview i receive a message about the invitation on Preview Program and the message got deleted after 30 days?

    Xbox Preview Program

    I am unable to receive an invitation for the Xbox Preview Program. There have had two players invite me in the past month and yet I do not receive the invitation.

    What is wrong?

    Can this be fixed?

    wrong place.. this is general discussion ... nobody here works for MS.. you need the support forum or try Twitter, they seem to work faster

    Well, about Preview I've a friend that (said he) invited me, but so far I didn't received anything. How's the procedure? He invites me and I apply somewhere or he reports my gamertag somewhere and then I get contacted by Preview program?

    If you deleted your invite you can always head over to this Preview Invite Thread and request another one. However, the preview program is nearly, if not already, full so acceptance into the program at this stage is not likely. If you do receive
    an invite, keep in mind that an invite will not guarantee acceptance into the program.

    Receiving an invite does not guarantee acceptance into the preview program. Ever since the backward compatibility announcement, there is a large volume of invite requests that have been made. All you can do is wait and see if you are accepted into
    the preview program. Upon acceptance you will receive an Xbox Live message and access to the Preview Program Support forums.
