Didn't receive my invitation to the preview program (xbox representative stating I need to ...

I talked to an Xbox Employee and she told me my invitation came through but that I didn't accept it and that I should've received a message on my xbox One inbox but I haven't and she forwarded me here ''its because we don't have direct fix and troubleshooting
for preview membership since its owned by our Moderator admin.'' in her words.

She gave this number too dunno what it means - [Mod removed]

So how can I fix this ? How can I receive that invitation on my xbox one so I can accept it ?

Preview program forum

I was invited to the preview program in late march but my xbox broke and i had to send it in to repair and I was unable to accept the invitation. I was wondering how i can get another invitation or if someone could invite me. I was unable to go to the private
forum but i have contacted xbox twice and they have said i was invited and need to accept the invitation.

 

I got invitation to Preview Program, message disappeared...

I actually received the invitation last Saturday, about a week ago. I booted up my Xbox One and had to do the latest system update. After the update, the messages were cleared from my xbox, including the invitation. Because I didn't yet go through the
entire process of registration, I do not have access to the preview forums. I also asked the individual to send me another invite thinking that would solve the problem. It didn't, which I can understand. My account is probably still pending for me to accept
the invitation. I do not have access to the preview forums and I do not have access to the message to accept the invitation... I just need the invitation message resent, why isn't there a "history" for xbox messages tied to the account. Why is the invitation
tied to a message that is extremely easy to lose? I recognize the futility of asking these questions here, they should be asked in the preview program forum. Anyway, I currently have been invited but not accepted the message for the preview program. It was
lost during a Xbox One system update. I need to have the message resent so it can appear on my Xbox One. I can't post to the preview forums because I never... I think you get the point.

 

HI TK0S3,

After you get invited to the preview program, it can take a few days before you get your message. Also with the high volume of requests due to the E3 conference, I'm assuming things are running a little behind (just a guess). So my advise would be
to sit tight a couple days for your message, and then post back after that time, if you've still not received anything on the program. Hope this helps!

Fyi please dont list sr numbers in public forums noone except for support can see them anyways and if someone calls with that sr number they can find out personal info like your name
