Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
forum.

Just a friendly reminder though that all successful transactions are added to our order history in real-time which means that we need to validate your order history first.

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if the order is visible and is stated as "completed". If not, please check all of your Microsoft accounts where you may have purchased the game. If you have checked everything and still nothing, you may need to reach out to your bank.

Check if the purchase appears in your order history:

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If it appears, try to make use of the content, if it does not appear and no error message was generated in the purchase, wait 24-48h and check your history again, sometimes it may take this time to process the purchase.

If an error message appeared and you were charged the balance of the item, you should be refunded in the next few days.
