Didn't receive my free one month subscription of ea access after pre ordering Madden 17.

I pre-ordered Madden 17 and as part of the promotion for pre-order I was suppose to get a code for one month free of EA Access. I have not received this code, while several people I know have already received their codes and their order was processed the
same day as mine.

I lost my code for ea access one month trial after pre ordering madden 17. Would like a new one.

 

I pre ordered madden 17 and didn't recieve my 1 month EA access code

My EA Access code for 1 month still hasn't been given to me after pre ordering the standard edition of madden NFL 17

 

EA may still e processing yours. It can take up to a couple of days for a promotion to register. You could have missed a step to qualify for the promotion offer, but I'm assuming you didn't. Best thing you may not want to do is wait.

I pre-ordered on 7/30 I should have received it by now, as everyone I know received theirs in a matter of days. Also, there were no "additional steps" required to get the free month. The only requirement was to pre-order the game via Xbox live which I did,
at which point I was to receive the code in my Xbox live inbox. I have been waiting the required days that it takes to process and the disclaimer said it can take 7 days it has now been 11 days.

Sincere apologies for the delay. I can definitely understand the frustration this may have caused.

If you do not see your code for EA Access by end of Friday (August 12, 2016) then please let us know so we can dig a little deeper.
