I did not receive my 50,000 reward points for buying a Xbox One S

I received my Xbox one S that I ordered through the Microsoft store but I didn't receive the 50,000 reward points.

Please help!

I did not receive the 50,000 points for getting the Xbox One X and didn't get the 27000 That was the for Xbox One S. plz give me my points.

 

The credits should show as pending sbout 15 business days after the console ships.
