    I watched both events in their entirety twice. Once live and then on demand on Mixer, and haven’t received anything for the mixpot. Anyone else having issues?

    E3 mixpot rewards

    hello, I have received the Xbox insider rewards but not any other mixpot rewards. I watched the entire live stream and had my account linked as I received the Xbox insider rewards but not the other rewards. How do I get to the other mixpot rewards? or why
    didn’t i not receive them?

    MixPot rewards will be sent out during this week. If you do not receive a message for MixPot by March 16th, 2018, please post back to let us know. In regards to January Xbox Quest, I have sent you an Xbox Live message with further information.

    I believe they were only for watching live, not on Demand, While they should be all rolled out by now but Microsoft's Xbox Support teams are slowly reply to people on here. Many of us are Ambassadors and while can offer help and pointers cannot access
    your accounts with Microsoft. In a lot of cases it was just a case of waiting a few days till the rewards got assigned to accounts.

    You can check by looking at
    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders
    it should show if the E3 content has been assigned to you, you will need to be signed in to see the results. If its not there, Xbox Support will reply to you soon with more details
