Didn't receive Mixpot from Inside Xbox

I watched Inside Xbox on Mixer through my Xbox and was logged in, even made a comment during it. My 2 sons also watched on their ipads on Mixer. Both of them got the Sea of Thieves Mixpot award. Seems everyone on twitter and reddit as yesterday afternoon
as well. I still haven't seen it, been refreshing and nothing. Nothing showed up on Mixer either under alerts (as it did for both my sons). Can this be updated that I get the Flintlock pistol? Thank you!

MixPot FAQ Page, users should get their MixPot gift "within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event".

Please let us know if you did not receive the reward by the end of the day on the 17th so we can take a closer look

 

Still nothing has shown up, I've talked to multiple people who all received it earlier, no one has received anything other than the earlier in the week on the same day. Can you assist please? Thank you!
