Didn't receive items from obsidian 6 pack sea of thieves

Hi, I redeemed a code for the obsidian six pack a couple weeks ago and that was when I didn't have the game because I was planning on getting it when it released on steam. So today i just bought the
game and went straight to the armory because I was so excited and I didn't see the weapon skins or any of them. Did I do something wrong? Or is this a glitch? I also took a picture of me getting the pack because I was super excited.
